For thousands of years the Tantric Arts have been a highly guarded secret, reserved for royalty and spiritual masters. Those fortunate few gained knowledge of physical and spiritual mastery which included extraordinary health & longevity, wisdom, success and the secrets to sacred sexuality. Still shrouded in mystery, relatively few have yet to discover the magic, although we are in a new age of information and awakening where the wisdom of Tantra is available to all who seek.

This 3 hour class is an introduction to some of the basic principles of Tantra, including:

Understanding energy - in your body & the world
Tantric Meditations to strengthen and balance your meridians and Chakras
Tantric Breathing
Tantric Sexuality, and how it differs form the western view of sexuality.

This is an experiential class where we will begin to work directly with the energetic and spiritual forces of Tantra to bring more energy, life, love and spirit into your body, mind, relationships and life!

Together, we will use the ancient wisdom of Tantra - combined with the powerful healing energy of the earth - to heal, strengthen and transform our lives! We will practice a number of Tantric and shamanic techniques. These include Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama (breath control), Chanting & Toning, Yoga Nidra (guided resting meditation) and more!

Peter Ross Voigt has 23 yrs of experience in professional massage, energy healing & bodywork.

He has taught hundreds of students in various classes, workshops and private trainings all over the world. His students include complete beginners to professional healers and everything in between. He has a teaching style that is fun and entertaining, yet extremely effective. Peter creates a wonderful space for learning, healing & transformation, and he can help you to attain your goals & dreams.
